Create reusable templates for common email responses.

What Are Templates?

Templates are pre-written email responses for common scenarios:

  • Booking confirmations

  • Check-in information

  • FAQ responses

  • Follow-up messages

Creating a Template

  1. Go to Settings > Templates

  2. Click New Template

  3. Enter a name (e.g., "Check-in Information")

  4. Write the template content

  5. Add variables if needed

  6. Save

Using Variables

Variables let you personalize templates automatically:

Using Templates

When drafting an email:

  1. Click the template icon

  2. Select your template

  3. Variables are replaced automatically

  4. Edit as needed

  5. Send

Managing Templates

Edit Template

  1. Find the template in Settings > Templates

  2. Click Edit

  3. Make changes

  4. Save

Delete Template

  1. Find the template

  2. Click Delete

  3. Confirm

  • Use clear, descriptive names

  • Delete templates you no longer use
