Opally integrates with Gmail and Outlook to read incoming emails and create draft replies.

How It Works

Once connected, Opally:

1. Receives notifications when new emails arrive

2. Reads the email content

3. Generates a draft reply using your personalization and knowledge base

4. Saves the draft to your email account

You review and send the draft from your normal email client.

Choosing a Provider

Gmail

• Best for Google Workspace users

• Simple OAuth setup

• No admin approval typically required

Outlook

• Best for Microsoft 365 organizations

• May require IT admin approval

• Supports shared mailboxes

One Provider at a Time

You can only connect one email provider per Opally account. To switch:

1. Disconnect your current provider

2. Connect the new provider

Security

• Opally never sends emails automatically

• All connections use OAuth 2.0 (secure, token-based)

• You can revoke access at any time
