Review all voice calls handled by Opally's Voice Assistant.

Accessing Call Logs

Go to Voice in the sidebar to see all calls.

Call List

Each call shows:

  • Caller – Phone number or name (if recognized)

  • Duration – Length of the call

  • Language – Detected language

  • Time – When the call occurred

  • Status – Completed, transferred, missed

Viewing a Call

Click any call to see:

  • Full transcript of the conversation

  • Audio playback (if enabled)

  • Caller information

  • Any leads captured

Transcripts

Transcripts show:

  • Each statement with speaker labels (Caller/AI)

  • Timestamps for each part

  • Any actions taken (transfers, lead capture)

Lead Information

For calls where information was captured:

  • Caller name

  • Phone number

  • Email (if provided)

  • Inquiry details

  • Follow-up status

Filtering Calls

Filter by:

  • Date range – Today, this week, custom

  • Language – Filter by detected language

  • Status – Completed, transferred, missed

  • Duration – Short, medium, long calls

Exporting Data

Export call logs for reporting:

  1. Set your date range and filters

  2. Click Download

  3. Choose format (CSV)

Analytics

Track voice performance:

  • Total calls handled

  • Average call duration

  • Language distribution

  • Transfer rate

  • Lead capture rate
