Accessing Analytics

Go to Emails > Analytics tab in your dashboard.

Available Metrics

Email Volume

  • Total emails received over time

  • Drafts generated vs. sent

  • Daily/weekly trends

Draft Acceptance Rate

Track how often you use AI-generated drafts:

  • Sent without changes

  • Sent with edits

  • Rejected/not used

Sentiment Analysis

Understand the tone of incoming emails:

  • Positive (compliments, thanks)

  • Neutral (inquiries, questions)

  • Negative (complaints, issues)

Category Breakdown

See what topics guests ask about most:

  • Reservations

  • Amenities

  • Local recommendations

  • Complaints

  • General inquiries

Date Range

Select a date range to view analytics for:

  • Last 7 days (default)

  • Last 30 days

  • Custom range
