Email Configuration

Configure how Opally handles your email integration through the Manage dialog and Settings page.

Manage Dialog

Access the Manage dialog by going to Integrations in the sidebar, finding your connected email provider, and clicking Manage.

Gmail Settings

Setting	Description
Labels	Enable automatic labeling of processed emails
Skip CC emails	Don't create drafts for emails where you're only CC'd
Attachment extraction	Allow AI to read PDF attachments for context

Outlook Settings

Setting	Description
Categories	Enable automatic categorization of processed emails
Shared mailbox	Monitor a shared mailbox instead of your personal inbox
Skip CC emails	Don't create drafts for emails where you're only CC'd
Attachment extraction	Allow AI to read PDF attachments for context

Excluded Addresses

To exclude specific sender addresses, go to Personalization.

Email Filters

For content-based filtering rules, go to Settings > Filtering.

Disconnecting Email

To disconnect your email integration:

1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar

2. Find your email provider

3. Click Disconnect

This stops all draft generation until you reconnect.
