Apaleo

Connect Apaleo to enable real-time availability and automated booking management.

Prerequisites

• Apaleo account

• Admin access to your property

Setup Steps

1. Start Connection in Opally

1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar

2. Find Apaleo and click Connect

3. You'll be redirected to Apaleo

2. Authorize in Apaleo

1. Sign in to your Apaleo account

2. Select your property

3. Review the permissions

4. Click Authorize

3. Return to Opally

After authorization, you'll be redirected back to Opally with the connection active.

Opally accesses:

• Unit groups and room types

• Rate plans and pricing

• Availability

• Reservation details

• Guest profiles

Multi-Property

If you have multiple properties in Apaleo:

• Each property needs a separate Opally account

• Or contact support for multi-property setup

Troubleshooting

Authorization fails

• Ensure you have admin access in Apaleo

• Try using a different browser

• Clear cookies and try again

Data not syncing

• Allow a few minutes after connection

• Check your property is active in Apaleo

• Verify rate plans are published

Bookings not working

• Enable Agent Actions in Opally

• Check approval settings

• Ensure required fields are configured

Disconnecting

To disconnect:

1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar

2. Click Disconnect on Apaleo

You can also revoke access from your Apaleo account settings.
